As you've probably noticed, we carry Glow GETTER / Glow GIRL merch in our store. Why? Let's be honest, deep down we all want healthy GLOWY skin. Our clients are using our Clark Correctives products to:

Orders are processed and shipped in the order of receipt. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

We ship via USPS. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

*We are not responsible for lost packages.

*If your shipment has been marked "delivered" by the USPS site, we will not replace it. Contact your local post office and file a claim. 

If there is an issue with your order or your products, we offer the following options:

  • REPLACEMENT if you received the wrong products.
  • STORE CREDIT if you decide you don’t want the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date. Returned products must be unopened, with seal still attached. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED. Once item is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have accepted the returned item.  Customers will then receive a store credit.

All requests must be accompanied by original receipt/proof of purchase to be eligible for replacement OR store credit.

You will be responsible for shipping costs of any item being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

We reserve the right to deny store credit on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a store credit and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
